Women Get Active

There are a number of classes across the borough, which are for women only, including swimming, gym, pilates, yoga, zumba, tennis, netball and jogging.

Health and Wellbeing Program

Do you want to lose weight? Are you registered with a GP in Kensington & Chelsea and worried about your health? Free 10 week group program with a different topic related to weight management each week. The sessions are run by a registered dietician and a qualified exercise instructor.

GP Exercise Referral Program

If you want to improve your fitness but are concerned about your health, speak to your GP or practice nurse to see if you would be eligible to join the program. It offers referred patients a subsidised use of facilities and great tips and advice on how to include physical activity in to your life to help improve your health and fitness.
